1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Wira Wheels", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the car rental business operating under the name Wira Wheels from Lot 2-08, Komtar JBCC, 80000 Johor Bahru.
• "User", "You", "Customer" refers to the individual making a rental enquiry or booking.
• "Service" refers to the car rental services offered: Singapore Cross-Border Rental, East Coast Explorer, and Prestige Event Vehicle.
• "Vehicle" refers to the car or SUV provided under a rental agreement.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and any confirmed booking between the Customer and Wira Wheels.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry or confirming a rental booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid Malaysian or internationally recognised driving licence. You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement under Malaysian law.

3. Service Description

Wira Wheels provides three rental services: (a) Singapore Cross-Border Rental, for travel between Johor Bahru and Singapore, including VEP and insurance coordination; (b) East Coast Explorer, for long-distance travel within Peninsular Malaysia along the east coast corridor; and (c) Prestige Event Vehicle, for special occasions requiring a luxury vehicle, with optional chauffeur and décor services. Service availability is subject to vehicle availability and advance confirmation.

4. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are made by enquiry via our website contact form, email, or phone. A rental is confirmed only when Wira Wheels has confirmed availability and the Customer has provided the required information and deposit. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion. For Prestige Event Vehicle bookings, advance booking of at least 14 days is strongly recommended to secure availability of a specific vehicle.

5. User Responsibilities

As a Customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete identification and contact information.
• Hold a valid driving licence for the vehicle category rented.
• Use the vehicle only in the agreed geographic area (Peninsular Malaysia, or Singapore where cross-border coverage applies).
• Return the vehicle at the agreed time and location.
• Not permit an unauthorised driver to operate the vehicle.
• Report any accident, damage, or incident to Wira Wheels as soon as practicable.
• Not use the vehicle for illegal activities or sub-rental.

6. Payment Terms

Prices are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Starting prices for each service are as stated on our website and confirmed during booking. A deposit may be required at the time of booking confirmation. Full payment terms will be communicated during the booking process. Pricing for optional add-ons (chauffeur, décor) is quoted separately and confirmed prior to the rental date.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated to Wira Wheels in writing (email or written notice). Refund terms depend on the timing of cancellation relative to the rental date and will be communicated during booking confirmation. Cancellations for Prestige Event Vehicle bookings may be subject to a coordination fee if décor or chauffeur arrangements have already been confirmed. We will always attempt to accommodate reasonable changes where possible.

8. Insurance and Liability

All vehicles include insurance appropriate to the agreed service area. Cross-border rentals include insurance extending to Singapore roads. The Customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or liability arising from use of the vehicle beyond the agreed scope, or as a result of negligence, reckless driving, or driving under the influence. Wira Wheels' liability is limited to the scope expressly agreed in the rental confirmation.

9. Vehicle Return

Vehicles must be returned at the time and location specified in the rental agreement. Late returns may incur additional charges, which will be communicated at booking. Vehicles are inspected at return in the presence of the Customer. Any damage not noted at collection may be charged accordingly.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Wira Wheels website, including text, route guides, and service descriptions, is owned by Wira Wheels. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without written permission.

11. Disclaimers

Services are provided in good faith and on a best-efforts basis. Wira Wheels does not warrant that specific vehicle models will always be available or that rental services will be uninterrupted. Route guides are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute a professional advisory service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Wira Wheels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the rental service. Our total liability in connection with any single rental shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for that rental.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wira Wheels harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, negligent operation of the vehicle, or use of the vehicle in a manner not agreed in the rental confirmation.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to the courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
